Lydia Winterberg, LMHC
Licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I have over 30 years of experience working with children (ages 4+), adults, and couples. I utilize evidence based psychotherapies including CBT and DBT. My approach is eclectic, and solution focused, driven by the unique needs of each individual, with the goal of treating the whole person. I utilize the therapeutic relationship to provide a safe and compassionate space for human growth in self awareness and self esteem, as well as in the individual’s emotional, psychological,  and relational natures.
