I offer you all of this experience while we work towards your goals. Therapeutic Modality/Orientation: My theoretical orientation consists of a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. The goal is to provide clients with informed alternatives to meet their emotional needs. I believe that a good therapist does not impart their own agenda to clients. Instead, a therapist should make the environment comfortable enough to facilitate change, while challenging them to initially break out of their emotional comfort zone in order to make the desired changes necessary to meet their treatment goals. |  |
